The Elimination Process of the Human Body (2)

 

Dear Client,

I truly hope this finds you well and full of the joys of life!

Last month, we started the all important subject of ELIMINATION which we shall continue this month.
In order for a body to function at optimum level, it needs to absorb nutriments in the form of solid and liquids. Once all the nutrients have been extracted from a substance, the body needs to eliminate the waste products. Let’s now look at one of the most important eliminatory channels: THE BLADDER. In today’s fast paced world, many people don’t even allow their bodies to eliminate as required:

* they sit in front of computers;
* they sit at endless meetings;
* they sit at lectures;
* they watch that riveting story unfolding on TV;

and most of them have one thing in common: they have become champions in suppressing the need to pass water endlessly!

Sounds familiar? At my clinic, I  met thousands of people who have trained their bladders to such a degree that they only eliminated water twice or 3 times per day. Now, consider the fact that healthily functioning body in it’s infinite wisdom will eliminate water in the same proportion as liquids are supplied. That means that 8 glasses of liquid supplied into the body for the day will result in elimination of 8 times or more. Very basic stuff, but ignored in most cases.

Should you have trained your bladder to hold back several times per day, you are preventing your body from eliminating toxic residue and subsequently, your kidneys and health will become unbalanced. That’s a fact!

Now, what can you do to ensure a healthy body and glowing skin?

NEVER, EVER HOLD BACK WHEN YOUR BODY NEEDS TO ELIMINATE WATER!

Should you not be passing enough water at present, visit the bathroom every hour or so in order to re-train your suffering system.
As a further remedy, drink 4 cups of parsley infusion per day, the first one in the morning on an empty stomach.

Preparation of Parsley Infusion:

Bring 4 cups of water to the boil;
dip 2 bunches of fresh parsley 3 times into the boiling water;
remove water from the stove and liquidise or squeeze parsley into water.
