How to replace old habits

Dear Client,

I truly hope this finds you well and full of the joys of life!

We have just recovered from the New Year's Eve Celebrations.  And, as is customary, millions of people around the globe made firm New Years Resolutions. And, as is customary, millions of people have given up their resolution by now.

Should you be the one with the broken promise, and guilt gently nudging your conscience, allow yourself to take a step back and consider the multi-faceted mechanics of a resolution. For this purpose, let's examine the most prominent resolutions:

* to stop drinking alcohol;
* to stop smoking;

*to reduce stress;
* to lose weight.

In order for a behaviour to be altered successfully AND permanently, the
primary step is to establish THE CAUSE for the present behaviour. In this
regard, it is of utmost importance to understand that
EVERY BEHAVIOUR, EVEN THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE ONE, ALWAYS CARRIES A (subsonscious) BENEFIT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WHICH THEN CONTINUOUSLY GAINS MOMENTUM!!

Impossible, you might say, but consider the fact that the functions of our
brain are similar to those of a computer. It then follows that the output
(quality of life) is always totally congruent to the input (thoughts,
emotions, etc.), i.e. garbage in = garbage out! Therefore, since we are all creatures of habit,  if the root cause of a habit - is not:

1) established
2) addressed and
3) deleted or replaced,

the old, original imprint will always win the battle! With the subsequent
result of broken New Year's Resolutions!

You now might think: "But I really, really want to stop smoking (drinking,
over-eating, etc.), what do I need to do to solve my problem?" The answer to
this question in a nutshell: you need to go back in time to the starting
point of your behaviour and allow yourself the pleasure of healing! And, for
the best news, this can be achieved through a process that only takes days
or weeks to be completed! Your most precious tool for your journey should be our book:
